Welcome! My name is Rue. I am a Fitness Coach, based in Watford.
I am a REPs qualified Coach with 5 Years experience. I specialise in helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals by adapting my 5 Fundamental Pillars to suit their specific needs.
I know firsthand how difficult and daunting it can be to begin a lifestyle change. I used to weigh over 120kg (19 stone+) and had little confidence and belief that I could ever be any better. Thankfully, this was not the case. Through hard work, dedication and perseverance I have managed to improve my physical and mental health. After I began to make improvements in my health, I knew that I wanted to do this for other people too, and that this would be my career path.
Over the last 10 years I have lost over 40kg (6 stone+) of fat, gained lean muscle mass and have built a strong cardiorespiratory system.
I prescribe a holistic approach to my clients of: Strength, Muscular Size, Cardiorespiratory Endurance, Mobility and Flexibility. I have a background in Strength and Conditioning, and my sessions lean towards a high energy output, with maximal intensity which I believe to be the most efficient way to transform your body.
During my time as a PT and Coach I have worked with some of the biggest brands in the industry such as Gymshark and Hyrox. I have lead classes of 20 participants; seeing hundreds each week, and have helped transform the lives of many clients.
I have taught classes at high end, fast paced gyms across London, been welcomed into client's homes to train them, coached at an award winning bodybuilding gym and also coached at a private members 5* establishment in Hertfordshire. I have a natural above and beyond attitude, making sure my clients feel comfortable, well looked after and that our time together is seamless and professional.
I currently live in Watford, and I can provide mobile training to surrounding areas. I also have access to a brand new purpose built studio in Pinner which allows for both indoor and outdoor training.
